Vercel Custom Domain Setup

Domains Added​

  • Production: ocean.goldfish.io → ocean-goldfish.vercel.app
  • Staging: staging.goldfish.io → ocean-goldfish.vercel.app

DNS Configuration Required​

Add these A records in Cloudflare:

Production Domain​

Type: A
Name: ocean
Content: 76.76.21.21
TTL: Auto
Proxy: Disabled (DNS only)

Staging Domain​

Type: A
Name: staging
Content: 76.76.21.21
TTL: Auto
Proxy: Disabled (DNS only)

Important Notes​

  • Use "DNS only" mode in Cloudflare (gray cloud icon)
  • Vercel handles SSL certificates automatically
  • DNS propagation may take up to 48 hours
  • You'll receive email confirmation when domains are verified

Testing After Setup​

Once DNS propagates, you can test:

Both will point to your Vercel deployments with automatic HTTPS.
